"Y Day" (or Y-Day) refers to a recurring monthly event hosted by the YMCA of Lethbridge. Occurring on the 25th of every month, it allows active members of the Cor Van Raay YMCA to bring a friend to the facility for free to enjoy amenities like the pool, fitness center, and gym.
